The existed data from social economic national surveys shows that several factors that caused the heart attack is:
- The habit in heavy smoking
- Less physic activity
- Unbalance food consumption (low fiber and high calorie)
- Fat and obesity
- Do the intensities of routine sports minimum 30 minutes per day, five times a week (you are able to choose whether you are prefer to have quick walking or cycling).
- Balanced your food consumption. You should reduce the consumption of food that have high amount of fat and you should consume plenty fruits & vegetables. Complete it with drinking milk or other product that made by milk.
- You should stop consuming high amount of salt. This is very important to keep your blood control.
- Avoid unhealthy environment such as the environment that full with smokes. Becoming passive smokers have similar dangerous as active smokers! It is because we are hillers the same potion from the existed smokes.
