Taking care of your Heart right now

Do you think that you are unable to get a heart attack because none of your family has descendent of heart illness? You should not directly decide likes that because actually heart attack is not only considered from the descendents family but it also might happen to those whom unable to taking care of their food consumption. Consume plenty amount of calorie and high amount of cholesterol in your blood might trigger to the heart attack even though you do not have a descendent of heart attack disease in your family. That is why taking care of your body from any possibilities of heart attack dieses would be better rather than cure it when you are already get the existed heart attack which would ended to death.

The existed data from social economic national surveys shows that several factors that caused the heart attack is:
  • The habit in heavy smoking
  • Less physic activity
  • Unbalance food consumption (low fiber and high calorie)
  • Fat and obesity
To maintain your heart as healthy heart, you should start to apply this simple following step:
  • Do the intensities of routine sports minimum 30 minutes per day, five times a week (you are able to choose whether you are prefer to have quick walking or cycling).
  • Balanced your food consumption. You should reduce the consumption of food that have high amount of fat and you should consume plenty fruits & vegetables. Complete it with drinking milk or other product that made by milk.
  • You should stop consuming high amount of salt. This is very important to keep your blood control.
  • Avoid unhealthy environment such as the environment that full with smokes. Becoming passive smokers have similar dangerous as active smokers! It is because we are hillers the same potion from the existed smokes.
