Milk is well known as the healthiest drink which can be consumed for various kinds of people, such as: children, teenagers, adult people, and even old people. Milk is designed with special formula to give health for each of people. Most of people like to consume this drink because they believe that milk gives lots of advantages for their bone and teeth because of the high nutrition which owned on it. The kinds of nutrition are varying, such as: zinc, phosphor, vitamin A, vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and much more.
